The Maui Relief Fund: ๐ธ Donate Now, Every Act of Aloha Counts! ๐ค๐ฝ By Star-Advertiser Staff Today Updated 6:18 am The search and relief efforts continue to be strong on Maui as the island prepares for President Joe Biden’s visit. The death toll from the Lahaina wildfire remains at 114 since Friday night with estimates that about 1,000 people are still missing.Five more victims from Lahaina were identified by the county on Sunday – Conchita Sagudang (75), Danilo Sagudang (55), Rodolfo Rocutan (76), Jonathan Somaoang (76) and Angelita Vasquez (88). Out of all 114 confirmed victims so far 11 have already been identified and families notified while 16 have been found but no one knows where their family is yet. President Joe Biden and First Lady Jill Biden left Lake Tahoe this morning and plan to arrive in Maui just after 11am today so they can comfort survivors of this tragedy that happened August 8th when fire engulfed Lahaina town.
