The drinks giant terminated its relationship with Mr. Combs in June after he sued them, alleging they neglected his tequila brand because of his race. A joint statement on Tuesday said Mr. Combs has withdrawn all his claims against Diageo. They stated they no longer have any business together. Mr. Combs also announced he will dismiss his lawsuits against Diageo with prejudice. The rapper is facing multiple sexual assault allegations, all of which he denies. Diddy was sued by R&B singer Casandra Ventura, Cassie, in November for rape and sex trafficking. They settled out of court the day after the lawsuit was filed.
