Tim Kuniskis, who run Stellantis’ brand fo’ dem big ol’ trucks like Rams and Jeeps and stuffs said during press conference dat dis new hybrid ain’t no plug-in kind. He wen explain how come: Da main ting is dat dis bad boy got one 3.6 liter V6 engine unda dere but das not connected to dem wheels in any way shape or form!

It stay hooked up to some generator action so can charge up all dem batteries inside and sometimes send power to electric motors which den drive them wheels around town. Dis setup he talkin’ ’bout is what dey call “series hybrid” cuz gotta be different from regular hybrids where you get direct connection between gas engine and wheels like in Toyota Prius for example.
