Eh, da president of Brazil, Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, wen go meet up wit China’s boss, Xi Jinping, in Beijing on Friday. Dey wen make one joint statement saying dat da only way fo’ fix da war in Ukraine is fo’ negotiate. But dey neva mention “war” or “invasion” once in da statement, and neva say how dey go bring Russia and Ukraine together afta dis long time.

Lula wen also say dat China need to respect Taiwan’s space, like France’s president wen say wen he visit China. China and Brazil stay trying fo’ stay neutral in dis whole war ting, ’cause Lula like make good relationship wit China.

Dis come as China and America stay getting into more and more problems wit each odda. China stay trying fo’ make demselves look good all ova da world, and not just in Asia.

But some American and European officials get one problem wit China’s peace agreement outline ’cause dey neva say dat Russia gotta leave da land dey occupying in Ukraine. No peace talk happen between Moscow and Kyiv in da past year, and no ceasefire either.

But Lula and Xi make it clear dat China’s territory stay important, even da place dey claim, Taiwan. And Lula like make relationship wit China go beyond just trade.
